Born on a Kibbutz in the North of Israel, near the Lebanese border, Liel experienced the war as a child and decided to use her voice and music to promote peace and send the message of tolerance and unity to her generation.
At age 14, during her performance at an international peace event, surrounded by a choir of 40 Arab and Jewish children, Liel invited President Bill Clinton to join her on stage.
